How long does it take to process my order?
Our small team processes and ships orders within 2-4 business days (Monday-Saturday) after they are placed.
Where do you ship?
We offer international shipping to numerous locations. Please refer to the country selection dropdown during checkout for the most current list of destinations and shipping rates. You’ll see real-time quotes from your chosen courier.
What are the average shipping times?
International shipping times vary by courier and chosen service. International packages are subject to customs processing. First-Class International packages can take up to three months, depending on the destination and any applicable shipping restrictions. We cannot control shipping times once packages are in transit.
What shipping methods do you use?
We will use DHL by default. More shipping will be coming soon.
What if an item is missing from my order?
- Please contact us via email or chat within 5 days of delivery, including photos of the packaging and invoice. We meticulously track our packaging process and will assist you promptly.
- We cannot assist with claims for packages marked as delivered after an extended period. Please contact us immediately.
What if I have issues with my package delivery?
While we are not responsible for delivery once your package leaves our facility, we are happy to assist with any concerns.
As the recipient, you may need to contact your local post office or UPS to file a claim for misdelivered or stolen packages. We are not liable for these issues.
Can I change my order?
We can only modify orders before they ship from our facility. To avoid issues, please ensure your address is accurate during checkout. Our shipping labels are generated automatically from the information you provide
